(1) According to sub-rule (1) of Rule 7, if an application for a labor permit is received, the department shall carry out necessary investigations on the basis of the detailed documents attached to the application.
(2) While examining the application according to sub-rule (1), if the department deems it necessary, it may direct the office to understand any additional matter with the employer or to submit a report in this regard within seven days.
(3) If during the investigation according to sub-rule (1), if the behavior is found to be reasonable, the department shall take the receipt as per sub-rule (1) of rule 10 and issue the labor permit to the employer in the format according to schedule...2 within thirty days.
(4) If it is found that the applicant cannot be granted a labor permit during the investigation according to sub-rule (1), the department shall inform the applicant in writing within seven days.
